Inspection for fidget spinners

The main part for doing the inspection is the outlook of it,here we share some pitutures for the rejected items.

The broken fidget spinner toys will be treated as defected one, all will be picked out.

For the pop spinner with dirty marks, if it could be wiped up, it will be passed or will be rejected.

Some popper toys with white spot on the body, this means the silicone did not melt well, it will have the potential to break, so those fidget spinners will be rejected too.

After the main body checked, then check the middle cap, if there's some watermarks got during the injection, it will be changed, and if there's burrs around it, it will be cut away.

During injection, some silicone sticked on the main body, it needs to be wiped up before packing.
